Part Identification help please!?

Mods: Hoping I didn't put this in the wrong area:

'I'm looking for the part numbers for the upper cowl bolts. They were removed by the previous owner to put cube lights/brackets on. So I have these long bolts with goofy looking spacers instead of the factory bolts. I'm looking for the ones on circled in this picture.... I cannot for the life's sake find this part number anywhere.
