Paper towel stuck around the engine

The dealer probably didn't use a funnel and spilled oil there. My hand couldn't reach there so I dropped some paper towel and rubbed it with a screw driver to clean the oil(I am not the brightest ), and now I can't take the paper out. Is it safe to drive like this?

Use 2 long screwdrivers like chopsticks
Duct tape some small diameter hose or pipe to your shopvac hose

They didn't have that so picked up this one. If this doesn't work then I will use the gum method.

Took it out and all oil cleaned. 2nd free oil change from the dealer cost me this. Bye to the dealer and bye to 0w20. HPL Super Car 0w30 here I come

I've an Excel spreadsheet that plots the date, mileage and other relevant bits of line item data for the Jeep. Additionally, I keep an envelope in the garage in which all receipts for oil & filter purchases are stored. Easy peasy.

If I really wanted to get granular, I could also take photos when I'm performing the work. Apart from the occasional demo photo that I'll share here, though, I usually don't bother.

CarFax ? Uh yeah- they are the ones that are always sending me “services, oil change, tire rotation overdue” uhh, except they aren’t. Worthless
I never signed up for it either, but I get the BS messages, for my 15 GC too.
