Panamerican prep

[TINMANs 22 Willys]

We started our journey on the Panamerican highway May 24' in our 22' Willys. The odometer is currently at 60k miles. We plan to enter Mexico May 25'. I'm looking for advice on what items we should replace or maintenance conducted before leaving the states.

2.5 inch metalcloak gamechanger lift installed at 35k, new Mickey Thompson Baja Boss tires at 40k and new gears at 42k. I will probable put on another 25k before the trip is complete. Advice is greatly appreciated.

I’m wondering if Expedition Portal’s Jeep section would be more helpful. There are lots of Overlanders that travel outside of the US there.

Dan Grec leaves his Jeep suspension close to stock to avoid major problems. Check him out on YouTube. He has taken A JK around Africa and is in a JL in Iceland now.
