Painted Fender Peeled Paint

Took Rubicon to spray wash today... passenger front fender paint peeled off. Rubi has 1400 miles on it.

Has this happened to anyone else? Thoughts of taking to dealer to solve it take to paint shop?

Take it back to the dealer, but do not mention "spray wash".

Looks like the fender and quarter panel. Or, is that just the paint flopped over? . Very powerful sprayer.

Just the reflection.... there is a line that almost looks like a crack above it too. Certainly shouldn’t happen from a sprayer.
