Paint Bubbling

All door hinges have paint bubbling on them and the bubbling also spreads to the doors. Has anyone else experienced this? Is this an issue that Jeep will do something about?

It's a very big issue that many are having. I hear someone is putting a class action lawsuit together about it. I don't know if they will do anything about it though.

It has been a prevalent issue for the entire JL lineup, do any search here (seriously, do a search). Jeep will fix it but it takes a very long time to have fixed generally. If you have it on all the doors, yikes, because that is probably a long time down to get fixed.

I wonder if the paint problems are related to beach use, or similar where the vehicle is exposed to salt water.

Start with your dealership, hopefully you are near a good one. I got mine fixed easy peasy, my dealer referred me to another that had a full body shop and they welcomed me with open arms.

Had it on hood edges and doors edges so my simple fix was I traded it in for a new one. The new owner will have to deal with the bubbling paint.
