I have this code also. I started with full oil level, the Mopar filter, ensured the plastic valve thing was in there too, I replaced the oil pressure sensor, replaced the oil pump, had the timing chain kit redone because of a broken tensioner I found while doing the pump, replaced the wiring harness leading to the oil pressure sensor, and reset the code after every one of these repairs. I still have the P06DD and it's driving me mad. What else can I do?
Replace the engine.

Probably lots of other things too. Try testing and replacing the actual problem.

2018 JLUS around 65K miles. I hade the PO6DD code come up and go into limp mode 3/4 to my destination to Mojave Valley, AZ. After checking to make sure what the code meant and verifying I had oil and pressure. Turning off the engine for a bit I was able to get it out of limp mode and make it to my destination and took it too dealer next day, they said they saw only a store code and everything looked fine and cleared the code. drove around all weekend and close to home it happens again.

I take it to my dealer they check it all out and say they are going to replace the oil pump solenoid, then all is good.

A couple months pass and it happens again, take it in and they said they are going to replace the Pump and seals per FCA. All is good after that.

A couple months and at 580miles from last visit it happens again. last time they said if it happens the engine will likely be replaced. So they order an engine when I bring it in and waiting for FCA to approve. I now have a new 2.0 engine in a Jeep with 65K on it.

The jeep no longer sounds like a tractor when it is cold at start. I will hope it will keep sounding like this down the road. Less than a week of having it back and all is good.

Hope this helps some one that has the P06DD code.
