Error code P0016, going to dealership

Last weekend my CEL came on and my Tazer Mini showed P0016 Cam/Crankshaft Position Correlation Sensor . I drove my 2019 JLUR from Fresno to Riverside with no issue with the CEL on. (Read the code when I got home) I am taking it in to the dealership Monday because this fix seems to be well out of my comfort zone for my mechanic skills. I have the tazer installed because I regeared to 5.13 and have 37" tires.

Do I need to unmarry the tazer before I bring it in?
Will this cause issues with my regeared jeep and bigger tires?

I my experience w/ non-Jeeps, P0016 is an worn, elongated timing chain causing the cam(s) to be retarded relative to the crank position. How many miles on yours, and how is the oil change history?

It has 47k miles and I do oil changes regularly about 7500 miles. I bought it with 19k so I have put on most of the miles.
