P0401 EGR code constantly coming on 2018 JL

2018 JL 3.6 I had a tune up done in August ever since the tune up was done my check engine light comes on for Code P0401 (EGR Valve) no mechanical issues or codes prior to this.
This happened 2 days after the tune up and has continued to happen every 125 or so miles. My Jeep has been back and forth at the shop multiple times. I have already purchased a new gas cap and is there again now for an extended stay. So far they have installed new EGR Valve, Cleaned the EGR Cooler , checked all vacuum lines , Smoked the system (no leaks) and involved Jeep support.
They thought they had it good to go today and when they did the final test drive before calling me the Check engine light came back on … Any Suggestions ?

Replace the EGR valve again, maybe you got a bad one from the dealer

Replace the entire EGR cooler. I've seen them clog and throw this code. Double check the tube is also clear of carbon buildup. You can't really "clean" the cooler.
