I think we parked in the same spot haha! Nice looking Jeep! Great to hear they honored the price and there was no issues. It's a shame Ourisman isn't on the dealer list for us anymore. It was great when Mitch was there. I had a few bumps but it all got worked out in the end. It's probably best if new orders use a different dealer now that Mitch is gone.I picked up my Mitch order last night and it was a positive experience. I ordered on 1/18 and it arrived 3/19. No upsells, my price was honored, and good communication ahead of time.
Mitch - if you are out there, thank you!!!! ?

so you got 8% under invoice (unheard of on 392) and you’re unhappy about a shipping charge? I’ve got refunds on some deals with them on the reg fees. But I’m not going to raised a stink or sweat $20.I’ll start posting this in more places that I can review them but since Mitch left I would highly advise people AVOID Ourisman Clarksville.
I purchased a Wrangler 392 recently. I had the good fortune to work with Mitch and picked it up a couple days before he quit.
I live in Virginia - the dealership had my license plates sent to the dealership instead of to me (every other car I’ve bought they hand them or mail them to me).
Trying to get my plates I am told I either need to come in to the dealership or must pay a charge to overnight them to me. Quite frankly I spent 392 levels of money - this is bullshit.
Whatever sales rep I talked to seemed to be very flippant saying well sir title and registration is a government charge you can’t get out of it.
This isn’t the title charge, it’s a shipping charge for covering up Ourisman’s mistake. I am so frustrated with Ourisman that I will be actively discouraging others from purchasing from them where I can. It’s just not the same post Mitch.
Additionally every time I call I get the “oh yeah we just need to find your plates then someone will call back” literally no calls back, and it’s been a month. I’m pretty sure I’ll just need to report them to the DMV as stolen.

They’re a bit of a mess after Mitch left, and plates with them often take a long time, but count me among the ones hoping deals come back.
Lots of dealers stopped discount “forum business“ after bad surveys and reviews. ??‍and this looks like another one
That's bizarre. I was under the impression when Mitch was there that it was an easy 30 min process to make pmt, get the keys, and hit the road. They kept me there for 2 hours. Seemed like they were going over the deal looking for a way to raise the price. They came over asking me for my tread lightly membership letter. Of course I didn't bring it, but they had my TL member ID as well as the approved affiliate code from FCA. Nope, they said they needed the letter. More time passed. I was expecting them to say they couldn't honor the affiliate pricing without the letter, but my salesman got them to allow me to email them a copy of the letter when I got home. Not exactly the smooth process I was expecting when I ordered from Mitch.Ourisman called me last week trying to get another $500 out of me. I said, what? We did the deal 3 months ago!!! Apparently after Mitch left the new management are going over all his deals and contacting customers. I don't know what flags dictate who gets called but in my case they didn't record a $500 rebate correctly and said I owed them more money. Unreal. I'm done with Ourisman. Glad I got the deal I did when I did with Mitch. That place is not the same without him. Just wanted to share in case anyone else gets hit up for something.
Oh, delivery day for me with Mitch was 30 minutes process. Really simple, easy, no issues at all. Sign and drive literally. Up until that point between ordering, chatting with Mitch, and picking up the Jeep I had no issues. Easily the smoothest and less stressful car buying process I'd ever been a part of. I guess too good to be true because the "fun" started later. A week after they tried to get me to re-sign my paperwork because they put taxes and fees on the wrong line for Chrysler Capital to approve the funding. I was skeptical because I suspected them trying to hide some money somewhere. Then, I had delays with getting the plates because I had to deal with SC property tax when I was under the impression that Ourisman was going to do that. Now this, trying to get more money out of me. Three strikes. In any event, I still got my Jeep at the price agreed upon so it worked out but the bs that dealership tried to pull on me was just terrible. And it didn't start until new management came in. Next Jeep I try to get a similar deal on, I'll be finding a different place now. That's way down the road though. I plan to keep this one a long time and my wife isn't ready for her Jeep truck yet. That's bizarre. What's more annoying is they had the Jeep for 3 weeks and they never saw this during their PDI?

It's a brand new Jeep well under warranty. Couldn't you work with your local dealer on this? The Sales Manager has reached out a couple of times to try to figure out how to best start a warranty claim on the weatherstripping. That's the unfortunate part of buying long distance - no after sale service. But, at least Ourisman is trying.
I think it's been challenging for them to handle all the deals Mitch put together. For what it's worth, everyone that I've worked with has been very pleasant to deal with. It took a while to get all the numbers sorted, but in the end it all worked out, they honored the 7% under invoice deal and I was able to also capitalize on some recent factory incentives.
Hopefully the plates arrive soon.
Yes, I'm working with a couple local dealers. All have terrible service reviews. Crossing my fingers I get lucky. Ourisman is offering to contact my local dealer to see if they can get me in sooner than the 3 weeks I was quoted. It's a brand new Jeep well under warranty. As for your plates, does your state have anything holding this up? Just hate to see you get delayed like I did. SC requires property tax paid first before DMV will release plates. That was the hold up for me and I didn't find out about this hold up until February! But once that got taken care of, I got my plates within a couple of weeks. Ourisman was nice enough to extend my temporary registration so I could keep driving.
Send me a PM. You need to work directly with the person who works in the title department. Mine was going nowhere until another forum member pointed me to the right person. Had my plates a week later.Got my wrangler right around same time Mitch left and I have been waiting for plates since. 3 months is a joke
Currently working with her I just found out my plates arrived and we’ll get sent out to me soon .Send me a PM. You need to work directly with the person who works in the title department. Mine was going nowhere until another forum member pointed me to the right person. Had my plates a week later.
