Ourisman Open Orders Post-Mitch

Seems several of us have open orders at Ourisman Jeep in MD. With Mitch’s departure, we may have questions/concerns on what happens to our open orders with the now expired forum discount terms. Feel free to post in this thread to share info with others.

I’ll start…

I have an open order for a 24 JLURX placed on 11/30/23 and presently in D1 status.

I received a voice mail from Jake yesterday confirming that my order, pricing and terms are still valid. And, that I have an estimated production date of 2/22/24.

I’m confident Ourisman will do the right thing and honor all open orders placed through Mitch. Because, technically, the contract is with Ourisman as the legal business entity and Mitch was functioning as an authorized employee of this business at the time the order was placed and deposit accepted by Ourisman.

Hopefully, this thread will be helpful to others, like me, that have an open order with Ourisman.

I have ordered and was awaiting pickup before his departure, I emailed someone named Jacob that I had talked too when Mitch was OOO for a week, I’ll see what happens as its been quiet for a while

nope but wasn’t looking hard.
I literally walked in, signed a check, grabbed a coffee, and threw my suitcase in and headed out.

My Sahara order is there now. Emailing with Mitch just the other day to come in this Saturday to pick it up. I'm going to call tomorrow.

When I first called, I spoke with someone named Jacob Black I believe.

I didn't hear from Mitch until mine showed up at the dealership. With Mitch gone, its probably best to check with dealership after production and once the vehicle ships.

They have honored the pricing. For me I wanted 8% as I could meet those criteria.
