Ordering wheels through Customoffset

Has anyone else had issues ordering wheels through customoffets.com? Ive had fuel beadlocks on order since late November and have been told they should ship in the next 7-10 days about 3 different times now. Couldn't change the order because they had shipped from the vendor three weeks ago and now they are supposedly somewhere in the warehouse but can't be located and will update me when they are. This is a 6000.00 plus order Im getting a run around on.

Got my KMCs from them and had no issues aside from the freight company they used being garbage.

Yeah, I'll never use that place ever again. Like Blues Fan said, they use really cheap freight shippers to save money on their end. The plastic covering on mine was soooo torn up, it looked like they had been on a flat bed for part of the trip. Plus, the top wheel had water spots from being in the rain at some point. Not a big deal, the wheels cleaned up. Took the setup home and found the next problem. Granted this problem was with either Fuel or Custom, but Custom was zero help in fixing the issue. One of the wheels had stripped threads where the center cap bolts to the wheel. Either Fuel's tap was bad or Custom stripped them when putting on the center caps. Custom wanted me to pay for shipping back to them for them to assess the problem. Ummmmm.....really? They wouldn't allow me to take the wheel to one of their certified installers in town for inspection. They wouldn't budge, but luckily, the wheel had multiple holes drilled into them for the caps, so I just rotated the cap and fully secured it with the good holes in that wheel.

So, this time I ordered my Fuel Forged wheels from Discount Tire and actually got the best deal I could find anywhere on the internet. They've always been good to me and I will order through them again.

awesome experience ordering my Vision Nemesis wheels and KO2 tires from CustomOffsets.com first responder discount too. Customer service is great; had a faulty TMPS valve which they replaced without hesitation
