Can I order my 2 door rubicon at local dealer now? If so how long it will takes to build and do I get the same deal compare to the one in stock? Thanks in advance and I am new to wrangler! Merry Christmas !

Yes. I ordered mine on Friday. Production starts end of Feb for hard top, middle of March for soft top. Add 8-12 weeks to those dates for delivery estimate is my guess.

Did you already order yours? If so what are all the options you went with?

I’m just waiting for some reviews on the turbo engine before placing my order. Have been going back-and-forth between the 2 door Rubicon and the 2 door Sport S, but leaning with the Rubi.

Here is what I have configured.

My 2 door was ordered yesterday - 2 options: premium soft top and LEDs. Now the wait begins.

what do you get with the safety group and cold weather group?
i also assume you can not get the remote start if you opt for the manual tranny

Ordered mine last Thursday, if the Toledo timeline holds true, then 2DR are supposed to start production mid Feb.

Thankfully I got the hardtop which will be online before the soft tops. I'm optimistically hoping it'll be delivered in Feb., but more likely sometime in March or April.

What color is everyone going with? Black or body color fenders? Options?
I went with black fenders. I’d be afraid of painted ones getting chewed up off road.

I got most options. I skipped automatic, hard top, painted fenders, smoker group.

I had trouble justifying stuff like proximity entry (I got soft top, so won’t lock doors anyway), but then said eff it. What’s another few hundred when I’m paying this much, already?

Loved my 1980 CJ 7 that I bought new. Ran the stock in-line 6 all over SoCal deserts and the mountains of Colorado. Blew a head gasket at 130,000 miles so my friend (who runs a 4X4 shop) pulled it and installed a 401 V8. Bolted right up to the stock 4 speed. It was a monster both on and off road.
