Oracle heated headlight question?

Just bought a set of oracle heated led headlights and i am wondering, what is the third wire that appears to have some sort of sensor on the end of it, I hope someone knows. Thanks

Perhaps an ambient temperature sensor to control when the heater is enabled?

Yes, got mine installed the third wire with sensor is upgraded to detect temperature, i run mine out and positioned (stuck) on horns I will evaluate the position this winter.
