Opening soft top

Does anyone have issues when unlatching the soft top in the 2018? When I unhook the one side the other side doesn’t unhook as easy..I try pulling down on the middle and keeping it even but it’s just a battle..anyone?

Nope. My soft top is easy to unlatch and latch no matter what side I do first.

@LittleG Do you still have this problem? I have a brand new premium softtop I just installed last night and I can’t get both hooks to unlatch. One will come completely undone but the other one is always stuck hooked even though I’ve pulled the latch.

Yeah I figured it out...kinda above the rear view mirror u can hold the soft top down and they both unhook fine ...you can’t just unhook without pulling down on the top some cause I guess it causes uneven pressure on the hooks..that’s what works for me .‍
