I completely understand why people are jumping ship. It's a whole bunch of factors (quality, automaker and dealer support, the cost of everything Jeep-related) and then you add in things that don't work for you specifically, like the engine choices in this case, it all adds up to a lot of motivation to move on.

I've said this so many times before - the Wrangler engine lineup is stupid. It's especially frustrating because the right engines already exist, and have existed for the entire life of the JL. The 2.0l at its current power level, the 310hp version of the 3.6l, and the 5.7l would be a perfect slate of engines for the Wrangler. Add the diesel and 392 as lower volume options, or don't. Really doesn't matter because those sales are bonuses. Would have been so easy to do it right.
