One ping only

I have a ‘21 JLUR-XR with a Tazer mini. Almost every time I drive it, I hear a single random ping or chime. There are never any dash lights or any issues to indicate a problem. Just that single ping. Not low on fuel, no doors open.
Anyone else ever experience this?

Any chance it’s a manual trans?
If I’m driving (maybe over 30 mph) and go to downshift…if the shifter hits the left “wall”, I’ll get a ding with a very quick message saying something like “1st gear not allowed”.

No, auto trans. 3.6 eTorque.

Do you hear it at a consistent time, or does it sound randomly? For example, is it always with seconds of start-up?
When my doors are off, I get one telling me that the sensor for alerting nearby traffic in the side mirror is unavailable at each start up.

Very random times, not near startup. It’s usually after I’ve been driving anywhere from 15 minutes to an hour. Usually just cruising at a low RPM, on the highway mostly. I don’t have proximity sensors.

Is it through CarPlay or Android Auto? Could it be a calendar reminder or other notification?
(I noticed a chime each time we approached a certain destination and realized it was my calendar alerting me since it was always 10 minutes before the time on my schedule. lol)

I have an iPhone but it’s usually not plugged in so CarPlay is not active. It definitely sounds like a Jeep chime/ping.
I drove today for 12 minutes then stopped at a gas station. Then drove for about 40 minutes and stopped for the day. The drive home was nonstop so less than 1 hour. I did not hear the ping today.

Maybe you got the “zen” model option. Does it happen when you are particularly stressed while driving?
