I installed the Baja Squadron-R Pro Fog Pocket Light Kit. They worked WONDERFULLY until I went wheeling earlier this week. The connector between the light and the harness that comes with the light was loose. I am wondering if it is a blown fuse. I have looked at the cover of the fuse box to try to figure out which fuse to look at, no idea! I looked at the manual on Mopar's website, no idea! I even came here and looked at the Jeep JL Wrangler Wiring Diagrams, still clueless. Two questions:

  1. What is the fuse for the fog lights?
  2. Is the left fog light on its own fuse or will other things (right fog light or maybe the rest of the left headlight, etc)

It appears exterior lights are Fuses 26 and 29 per the manual. Pull one to see which is for the fog lights. Or just inspect both fuses and note which is for the fogs.

The fog lights will be fused together, so I’m thinking if the connector was loose you may have some dirt in the connector preventing a solid contact when you try and plug it together. Have you tried cleaning out the connectors?

First off thank you for that info: fuse 26 & 29!

So... I posted this last Sunday while still out on vacation and I had not really dug into the problem. The day I was out wheeling the Jeep in front of me pointed out the issue and we did try to mess with the connection, to no avail.

What I did NOT do is double-check it before posting this last Sunday. Well, low and behold, we were out Sunday evening in the woods, I turned on the fog lights, and... they both worked! They have continued to work this whole week, so... I guess it was just loose or something!
