Hello guys,

I'm new here on this forum and i'm actually building up my 2018 Rubicon, i did a trade for my good old Rubicon 2013!

I'm looking for products to protect my JL because i do rock crawling with a lots of trees on the way, i know for my JK 2013 i had some magnetic protection, but with my JL it won't fit, and with the aluminium on the JL it won't stick, do you know an alternative?

And someone have already installed mud flap on his JL? Any review?

I don't think that the after market is robust enough quite yet. Although I am not personally a "rock crawler" I understand your dilemma. I really hate the trail stripes. I mentioned once that the ones that make the scratches sound different than just a branch brushing along the side of the vehicle.

I would consider a vinyl wrap as a solution to your problem.

Oh thanks mate! Don't know how these limb risers work, first time i work with these but i think ill will give it a try, just did my first offroad day with my new JL, and i can tell you, my jeep is full of scratch already!

I took mine out for some light wheeling less than 24hrs after I got it, and picked up some light scratches on the hard top. But it happens, I am not going to worry too much about it.

Ill do rock climbing on a small mountain around "Mont Tremblant" with a lots of tree and branch!
