Dirt trails with some rocks. Mostly easier trails.

Honestly nothing if you didn’t want to mess with it. Regular PSI is fine it will just be a little bumpy. Or you could go all the way down to 12 to be safe if you wanted. You will feel some difference but really it is more for ride comfort based on that terrain.
