I hooked my JLU up to my HPTuners RTD module just for some baseline numbers before I look to tuning options, and found something interesting. I am only seeing 76% throttle allowance on a full throttle pull. I DO have the manual but just upgraded to the ACT performance kit.
Questions for techs :
for anyone that is curious, she got a 8.37 to 60mph with a lazy foot and traction control & 2WD only. I'd imagine the worst 60ft you have ever seen on paper. lol
Questions for techs :
- Reckon they pulled throttle when they did the ECU update to control torque load for the exploding pressure plates?
- Would a piggyback or throttle controller open up full allowance, or will the ECM override the controller output, and I just need to go on and unlock/ tune?
