OEM Basic Radio/Control Center/Phone Link thingy

Anybody else have issues with this contraption?

Mine is acting stupid. For no reason I can discover it resets itself at seemingly random intervals.

Additionally (and this began about the same time), the AC/Heat takes about 10 minutes to begin actually working. It lights up and looks right, then a couple of miles down the road it starts to blow normally.

Mildly annoying since I have reset the clock; but I’m afraid it may be working it’s way toward a catastrophic failure.

I have a 2019 and my radio did it all the time. try and get video of it happening. I went to three different dealers to get it fixed and all three of them denied that there was a problem because they couldn't replicate it (they didn't drive the jeep ) and it didn't throw an error code. I took it in with video of it happening and they finally had someone drive it with me. by then it would happen every 3 or four minutes. They replaced it and it only does it once every couple of months now.
