I was on a dice run about two weeks ago and into some rutted roads and I had a Christmas tree pop up on the dashboard. ABS, traction light, no cruise, service 4wd are the ones I can remember. Then everything reset and then it did it again. On the way home it finally went off and stayed off. Fast forward to yesterday and the lights all came on again, went off and on about two more times and then off again? My thoughts are a wheel speed sensor but it only has 7000 miles. Reading about the FAD and wondering if that might be what’s going on and it’s setting off all the other lights.

Disconnect both batteries, test and reconnect
Make sure all fuses / relays are fully seated

Sounds like your battery(s) are about to die.

Same thing happened to my '21 JLR at less than 7k mi (I believe it was in the 2k's). It was on gravel road with mini washboards. The primary code was a rear wheel speed sensor, which sets off a laundry list of other codes and lights up the christmas tree on the dash. The Jeep drove perfectly normal and other than the dash freaking out there was no other sign of a problem. Same as you, after stopping off for lunch on the way home from the trail, everything went back to normal.

Took it into the dealer for warrantee service. They couldn't find anything actively failing so they swapped the wheel speed sensors to see if the problem would switch sides when it happened again. It never happened again and by now I've driven the Jeep more after the incident than before.

My conclusion was that an electrical connection to a rear wheel speed sensor was loose from the factory and swapping the sensors ended up fixing the issue by firmly reconnecting the sensor wires.

YMMV

Wheel speed sensor is bad, or has some trash on it, knocked loose from hitting something rough.

Jeep wheel speed sensors have always been horrible.

How do you know which sensor is bad, or do you have to replace all?

Also, mine would be fine for a couple of days and then flip out, especially now that its getting warmer. I had something fall behind the glove and sit on the can c buss, I replace that and its still going haywire.

Any advice would help, TIA
