Well, The much better half is. We bought a rubicon, and, she wants "rivet wheels". (first thing You change, right?) sounds easy enough. The problem? she wants to use the stock tires (they currently have about 400 miles on them).

so, does anyone in the damn known universe make a "rivet wheel" (You know, fake allen head screws around the outside) in black, in 17 x 7.5?

suggestions, photos of Yours (if, You are also cheap [and, it's not as much "cheap" as it is, no place to store them] )

thanks much.

Sell factory wheels and tires for about $1500 as almost new. Buy new wheels and 35's and not worry about sticking to 7.5's.

You don't have to stick to 17x7.5 for the O.E. Rubicon tires as the 285/70R-17 size is safely run on wheels up to 10-inches wide.

You'll find many aftermarket options with faux rivets that are priced well in 17x8.5 and 17x9.

I said that. and, she looked at me like I was the Antichrist.

(I gave up trying to argue with her eons ago...there is no winning...only different degrees of losing.)
I figured someone had to make that size rim, that wasn't hideous.

This was going to be my answer.

Go on the Discount Tire or Discount Tire Direct website. Enter 17x8.5 or 17x9 with 5-127 bolt pattern and search away.
