Here’s my short, concise answer to the OP’s original question:

Even assholes buy Jeeps.
Wait... so are you saying that the asshole is the person who buys the Jeep, spends a bunch (or no money) on modding it and never off roads it?

I have read the Art of War by Sun-Tau. I also enjoyed The Prince by Niccolo Machiavelli. Both books are books that should be read a couple pages at a time and then pondered upon and attempt to understand the wisdom within the message so they can be properly applied to life.

I think the other way around - the asshole is the Jeep owner that talks smack about how the mall crawler, pavement princess, chrome cowboy, etc doesn't deserve a Jeep because they don't take it out every weekend.
My Jeep is capable and has been off-road a good bit. But it also cleans up nice and spends 95% of the time running errands, going to the beach, or just cruising around on the pavement. Do I care what others do with their Jeep? Not really (just don't ask me about angry grills.....).
Just out of curiosity, was anyone around back in the day on pirate 4x4? Those guys were absolutely brutal....

i dont see why we cant all just get along...... :(
seriously who gives a damn if someone puts 22s on their jeep, or 40s to rock climb. Im not gonna lie initially when i got my jeep the thought of tree branches dragging down the side of it made me cringe. Made me even more annoyed when i did a paint correction prior to ceramic coating. BUT, the look on my sons face when we go splashing thru puddles, and the bonding experience between us is fantastic. now will i ever get out west and do "some real wheeling" no clue.....
IT sucks but theres people in all segments of fun, whether its bikes, corvettes, mustangs, camaros, or whatever someone always has something to say.

That says a lot about Rough Country and will do nothing to improve their reputation.
This is all I could think about while watching that video, a company synonymous with crap quality parts and budget lifts. The video is a testament to their brand.

I used to visit pirate4x4 for small bits of good info, the forums could be very brutal but they were usually the tiny peen boys running their mouths. Some boys just don't know how to express their emotions so they project their insecurities onto others and it gives them some relief. If they're fat and taller it makes them feel like they're stronger than those around them, bullies really, pretty much most cav scouts lol. Just have to find a way to break them down, physically, mentally or emotionally; and rebuild them into a better human.

I believe it was actually an April Fools joke from them... lol.
That's too bad, I'd totally get one. Put it everywhere it doesn't belong just to screw with people.
Priuses, Hondas, Smart Cars, my mother's 3-wheel bike... It will make her the badass of her retirement community. :like:
