Noises from AC vent

I can hear something from my left knee passenger vent...the vent to the right of the infotainment screen.

Sometimes it sounds like the AC hissing. Other times at low rpm and often when just started it sounds like I can hear the engine through it.

Had to have both batteries and the fuse box replaced recently. Wondering if something wasn't reconnected properly from the dealership.

Any ideas?

Sounds like a dislodged firewall grommet might be your culprit.

Kind of what I was thinking and hoping. An easy fix would be nice

Mine was the drain plug in the all weather floor mats. Once I put it back in place the noise went away!
