No crank-electrical?

2020 Rubicon wouldn’t start. No crank at all. Changed main battery and auxiliary battery. All lights work, radio, a/c, etc.
Still no crank. Had to run out for 4 hours. Came back and battery was weak. Opened the door, lights flickered, nothing else worked and then I quickly lost all power. C
Jumped the battery and everything worked again instantly. Still no crank of course.
Any ideas of what my next step should be?

Something is wrong with your battery install.
