  1. 37” Patagonia C vs D

Alright, I pulled the trigger already. im currently running ko2ā€™s. I have 93k mikes on them. Yes, 93k. They have done well to say the least. Now of course, I should of changed them a while ago but havenā€™t had any issues at all. I just placed an order for Pat 37ā€™s with the D rating. I go them...
  2. 37” Patagonia C vs D

I need new tires and right now is a crappy time money wise. I really want Mickey Thompson Bajaā€™s but at $460 a tire, thatā€™s really pushing it. I was looking at the Patagoniaā€™s in 37x12.5x17. I noticed a bunch of wacky pricing in Walmart. C rated are about $30 more a tire. For D rated, singles...
  3. What Non-Factory Mod is Absolutely Worth Every Penny

Spiderweb sunshade. Took me two summers to realize this is a necessity (for my family) with black leather seats. My kids are no longer afraid of third degree burns.

  5. Had my first death wobble.

Am I right in looking at the dynatracs? They run $630 pretty much everywhere I look.
  6. Had my first death wobble.

Running 37ā€™s. Just spoke to steersmarts and ordered the countersunk bolt I need for the stabilizer. Have to say, speaking to them through their chat system was great! Props! I agree, I think itā€™s time to order ball joints. Seems like most people recommend the Dynatracs.
  7. Had my first death wobble.

And you are the winner. How the hell did I miss that the first time?! Thanks!
  8. Had my first death wobble.

Iā€™ll definitely have to check out the ball joints. Probably going to have to wait until the weekend with all the snow coming to NY tomorrow.
  9. Had my first death wobble.

Checked all the bolts and greased the fittings. I did notice that the draglink Pittman joint did have a small grease leak. It still had grease in it but was obviously coming out from somewhere. When I pumped some grease in it, I could see it coming out from a puncture/slit that I canā€™t actually...
  10. Had my first death wobble.

2020 Rubicon, AEV 2.5ā€ lift, Steersmarts front track bar, drag link and tie rod, new steel steering box, 38,000 miles. I was driving home yesterday on a two lane highway with my wife and kids. There were steel drain gates on both the left lane and the right lane. I was going about 60-65. I went...

  12. Rock slide Engineering fail

About a month ago I rode thru some crazy deep water/ice/mud puddles late at night. When I woke up in the morning, the Jeep was one huge mud ice ball. Surprisingly, the driver side step came down and worked perfectly. However, the passenger side was frozen. The next day when I had some time, I...
  13. Walmart Toyo open country m/t price mistake

I was bored. 37x12.5x20 (no, I donā€™t have 20ā€™sšŸ˜) have a max of 3 now. What the hell, why not. I even got free shipping! Go figure.
  14. Jeeps in Snow... post pics.

Took the short cut home last night. A long dirt rode that turned into an icy swamp yesterday. There were a couple of hairy moments where I asked myself what the hell was I thinking. I woke up to a Jeep that was a frozen mud ballšŸ˜
  15. AEV JL bumpers now available

Hmmmm. I just checked my original email from aev. It says that the bumper extensions are an extra $100. They give you the option of not choosing them. Are they telling you now that you have to have them? If thatā€™s the case, that doesnā€™t make any sense. how can you charge for an option that...
  16. AEV JL bumpers now available

I am definitely willing to spend money (If I have it) on quality. Heck, I spent $600 on an AAL tailgate table that was completely unnecessary. Figuring in tax and if they charge for shipping, one bumper will easily be over $2500. I think they look great and are going to be great quality, itā€™s...
  17. AEV JL bumpers now available

I really like their rear bumper with tire carrier. Unfortunately itā€™s out of my price range for a while. Itā€™s about $2345 give or take on what model you have and options you want. Lottery drawing for the ability to purchase. Front Bumper: $1800 Skid Plate: $365 Winch Mount: $170 No-winch cover...
  18. Poll: Did TSB 08-074-20 Fix Your Steering Issues?

Had it done about one week ago. I would say it is a little tighter but nothing really noticeable. Definitely still has a dead spot. Steering wheel was out of alignment. Got around yesterday to fixing that. Next Iā€™m going to check the toe to see if they screwed that up too.
  19. Rear Bumper Integrated LED Reverse Lights
