Sorry, as Im sure its been discussed numerous times! I searched but must be slightly dumb, ha. I am looking at keeping my wife's 21 JLU 80th as close to stock as possible as far as drivability but she wants bigger (of course!). I was eyeing up 295/70r18 Cooper M/T tires on stock rims with 1.5 spacers. Then doing Mopar LCA on Rubicon swapped springs and shocks. As far as I have read this should be pretty easy and drive close to stock. With no other modifications needed. Any feedback is very happily welcomed! Thanks again!

No one replied but in case anyone is following this, today we will be installing 59 numbered rubicon take offs and molar LCA and .5 inch teraflop spacers with 1 inch wheel spacers. Tires will be installed the next day, 295/70r18 cooper M/T. Hoping to get close to 1.5 inch up front and 1 in rear. With close to 10 inch fender gap.

The Rubicon springs and 1/2" spacers may only get you about an 1" with a Sahara depending on options/weight. The only way to know for sure is before and after measurements. Some people see 1"+ just from the spring swap, some only see 1/2".

Unfortunately I had an issue with my own place of work refusing to do the job. Work for a Subaru dealer and the service manager said they don’t want anything to do with custom job. Haha. So I’m still searching for a place to do the work.

285/75R18 is probably a better choice.

Narrower so less rubbing.
Unfortunately I already ordered these tires and they are currently at discount tire awaiting my install. I have 1 inch spacers, you think it may still rub? Thanks

I got my swapped parts put on this past Saturday. With 59 series front and rear Rubicon parts, we achieved 2.25 inches in front and 2 in rear. Have 5.8 inches to front tires with 34's and 6 inches in rear. Looks and drives great! Wheel spacers were wrong so some will be added later. No rubbing on the 295's. Slight rake but not noticeable really except this quarter angle in pic.
