I recently upgrade my sh-t aftermarket 245/75/R17 tires with 285/70/R17 and they got with no issues. I have no lift or other mods.

as for tires be careful. Those giant M/T’s may look cool but they probably generate a lot of noise and are brutal on the highway.

I have Wildpeak AT/3’s and could not be more happy with them. Great manners both on- and off-road.

In terms of cost you will be better off buying tires tht have already been mounted and balanced on Rubicon wheels and selling your old tires and wheels.

AndySpill,
Please click on link in post #18. And, you say " My cargo box below . . .". Was there supposed to be a picture? I like to see other's DIY solutions to problems / needs.

Yes, missed you post. You touched upon the GPCA Cargo cover first.

Here's my 4 door cargo box:

The floor has a stationary piece closest to the back seats while the portion of the floor closest to the vehcile's rear is on drawer slides so it can slide out to not only grant access to the storage area on the vehicle's floor but serve as a shelf like in the Bronco.

The cargo area box's top is on hinges so it can, provided I first detach portions of the GPCA cover, flip up to accommodate tall items, the area behind the back seats folds up in two sections that follow the contours of the 1/2 and 2/3 back seats (see picture below), to allow, with the back seats down, storage of long items, portions of the the left wall are on hinges to slide inwards to grant access to the driver's side between the cargo box and vehicle body, and with easy to detach hinges with machine screws the screw into threaded inserts--not wood screws , has wings that attach around the Sports Bar to the body tub as shown in this early picture of its top before it was painted and could flip up.

With the top down the only room in the cargo area after putting the half door uppers and soft top window bag in there is barely enough room for the tool bag, my laptop and my small lunch box. So I don’t worry about it. If no one knows it’s back there they are not going to mess with it. I’ve not had any issues and even if I leave the half doors at home I just leave the uppers back there. I’ve never even had my phone charger messed with when I forget to throw it in the center console. Now watch I’ll get it stolen this summer 😂

Maybe I should build my own. Not much out there for the 2-door.
