Ordered 2020 Sahara 2.0 on 7/27. Received VIN yesterday but nothing else yet. Beyond excited!!!!

Here looks like the first European order of an MY20 JLU Rubicon diesel.

Ordered: 5 july 2019
Order Confirmation: 12 July 2019
Delivery Set: December 2019
Update 1: 16 July 2019 - I had chosen heritage Tan leather but was told this was replaced by Dark Saddle (code TV)
Update 2: 29 July 2019 - jeep to go into production week 41 (october)

Unfortunately they do not stock JLU's with soft top in Spain, they are all hard top or power top. Go figure......

I'm hoping to get my Jeep for Santa.....

Anyone have any info as to what changes on the MY20 a part from the leather change?

Received an email today from my salesperson at Meador Jeep in Ft. Worth, TX. My 2020 JLRU is at the train yards in Alliance, TX, which is about 30 miles from the dealership. I should be wrapping my hands around that beautiful steering wheel (that hopefully is tight and centered) this weekend!!

I tell you all I’m worse than a kid waiting a Christmas presents!!!!!! I know that I only ordered my Sahara on 7/27 but, I know the VIN and nothing else. It’s driving me crazy!!!!!

I find it interesting if the colors by region. At least here in Southern Indiana, I have seen very few modified Ocean Blues. I know it is a new color with JL but the option of a Blue has been available for years.

Most JKs and JLs around me that have any Mod done on them are, Black, White, Gray or Red. I honestly cannot remember the last time I saw a blue one modified in this area.

I’m looking to change that.

Congrats! Mine went into KZ status yesterday, which (I think) means it got built and is awaiting transportation.

I ordered a 2020 Sahara Altitude, firecracker red.
I have the VIN.
How do you follow the build status?

Search the thread in bolder print below. When you first go there I believe it will ask you to input some general info. Then you can track new. After you do that once you will track existing. Hope this helps.

I really debated on the color. I had 2 red Wranglers in the past. Wanted something different. Last 2 vehicles were silver and white. I think the Ocean Blue is such a beautiful color!

My order went in on Aug 6 and my salesman told me today it is scheduled an a VIN has been assigned. He didn't have an estimate of delivery for me than "probably four weeks". What has everyone else's experience been?

4 weeks would be great. I placed order on 7/27 but, still don’t have a delivery date.

Not sure what you ordered. My order was for JL Sahara 2.0. So for me 4 weeks would be a bit soon. I have heard others though that have been closer to than.
