Need some assistance with installing new LED headlights

I recently got some new led headlights and have installed them. However i am having struggles with the extra cord that is supposed to plug into the fuse box to make the day time running lights. The lights I got are below. I can't find any video to help me with these lights. If anyone could provide a video or instructions on how I can set them up I would be extremely grateful thanks!
