Need Help - No instrument panel

the entire instrument panel went blank and never came back. I've disconnected all 3 grounds, let it sit for 30+ minutes, still nothing. The jeep starts, but the cluster (speedo, tach, and warning lights) keep flashing at me. The jeep will move, but I have no center panel, the speedo and tach do not move.
