I am actually now on my second JL, it is a 19 Hellayella 4 Dr Rubicon with the 3.6, prior one was a 2 Dr Rubicon with the 2.0T. Was already planning to dump some money in the new one to get started with a lift, wheels and tires.
Currently I am planning the below list but if it was you would you make any other choices on where to allocate the funds?
The overall goal is to keep it able to drive on the highway and not be terrible, but focused on something I can take out to the wooded/muddy trails we get here in the mid west. The figures above are just ballparks and I will be getting a very good credit for the takeoffs. So if you had about $6000 for mods and a brand new stock JL Unlimited Rubicon what would your list be?
Up next is going to be a bumper -> winch -> side armor -> rear bumper etc the lift/wheels and tires just seem to "need" to go together which is also the biggest expense.

- AEV 2.5 Lift Kit + Install (~$1800)
- KMC XD232 Wheels (~$2000)
- Milestar 37x12.5 R17 (~$1200)
- Terraflex Alpha Relocation ($300 To keep the spare tight till either they release there reinforcement or I find something else I like.)
