Hi. As stated above, the 18.45.01 update was designed to ensure continuous access to GPS-based features. I would recommend updating as soon as you have time. Please let me know if you have any questions.

On the Chrysler Pacifica forum, people had the exact problem after DST on Nov 1. Was that around the time you had problems? Anyway the fix is a UConnect update via the UConnect website (using a thumbdrive).

I found the update. On the driveUconnect website go to the check for available updates window then enter VIN. It pulled up the update, but it’s 9GB! I didn’t do it yet be I have to dig around to find a flash drive big enough...

Not on my Jeep itself, but once last year, my phone suddenly thought I was in Tokyo, when I was actually in Easton, PA. Happened in all navigation apps on the phone...

Hi! Yes, this will update your system. Once you update please confirm you're running software level 18.45.01. If not, you may have additional updates to do. Please let me know if you have any questions.
