Mute driving directions

When I use maps through Android auto on my 2023 JLUR I would like to be able to mute the voice directions so it doesn't talk over the radio. I can turn the voice way down but I can't seem to get it to stop muting the radio when it gives directions. Day to day I'm really just in it for the map and the traffic report

Google maps has a mute audio function, so does the UConnect navigation.

Try starting the navigation on your phone and muting the voice before connecting to the Jeep. I don't know if this actually works, but it is possible when not using android auto.

on the left side of the map there is a speeker. hit it once and it mutes.

It can be a bit hard to find in google maps, so here ya go. I assume this would work for AA, but I don't have anything with AA so can't be 100% sure.
