Had this happen....only way I was able to fix it was to factory reset the phone. Maybe there's something that I missed, but it's what fixed it for me.

It worked fine in another vehicle, yet a factory reset of your phone fixed the issue in your Jeep???
A factory reset of the phone fixed the voice navigation issues in my jeep. My other vehicle doesn't have android auto.
