Mopar lift components not available individually?

Are the Mopar lift parts no longer available individually? I searched part numbers for the four springs, and all are marked as discontinued.

When I tried to buy mine in November every place I went said they were back-ordered until April or May. Even the dealer told me they couldn't get them. That was for the full kit on the 3.6. Why I ended up going elsewhere.
