Thanks for the heads up! I just ordered mine. Should be ready for install Labor Day Weekend! Plus the the Tail Gate Reinforcement Kit was only $488.84 with free shipping and no tax. I added a few extra parts that that I couldn't find on amazon...

It is through Amazon Marketplace so there is no tax
No tax as long as Amazon does not have a facility in your state, typical, NJ people get nailed all the time
In some states companies that generate over a certain amount of revenue are required to pay state sales tax to the state they ship to. CT is one of those states with this regulation :( so even if they don't have a location here we still pay CT Sales Tax.

Any reason you couldn't flip the cooltech bracker over and still use the top holes?
It still had clearance issues. I tried that first actually.
