I will be taking delivery of my JLUR next month and forgot to get the grab handles during my build. I came across GPCA and wanted to get people's opinions on both. I have a hardtop only on my build. I was looking at both front and rear handles as I have a 4 door. I'm open to other options too if there are better ones out there.

I have the Mopars and they're sturdy. Can't comment on the GPCAs.

I got the Mopar and they don't seem like anything special. I do like the look better than the alternative you posted. Mine came in a bag and I put them on myself. They screw in with the trim screws.

Thanks for the input. Yeah, I was liking the feature of being able to move the GPCA out the way once you get in. 1 thing that worried me was velcro vs the Mopar's which screw in. I did come across these https://www.extremeterrain.com/barricade-sport-grab-handles-j102349.html which might solve the issue by having 3 straps. Fraction of the cost of Mopar at $21

Both fit on soft, hard and Sunrider tops, speaking from experience. I prefer the GPCA grab handles because when attached snugly to the Sports Bar the grab handle can be pushed up and out of the way and it will stay up, while the MOPAR handles not only don't, reducing clearance through the door, but can make noise when they dangle around going over bumps.
