Mopar Bumper Light Brackets

I want to put a couple of lights on my JLU but on the bumper.

Has anyone used these?

Also, what lights would you suggest? I don’t want a light bar, just looking for a pair of powerful lights for dark country roads. I have the HID factory lights on my Jeep and don’t plan on upgrading those.
