I had some low-voltage codes showing up. and Jeep service said its battery and they said they changed battery and all good now. but i still see codes showing on obd. so i was wondering if they even changed the battery. also my radio didnt get reset. i think if we unplug battery radio gets reset right. so thats why i wanted to know how to know the year & month of mopar battery

You just mentioned they charged it not replaced it

And when it comes to this when they hook it up to their battery tester machine if its not showing its failing the will not replace it because JEEP won't pay them

The information you're looking for is ultimately unimportant. Jeep OEM batteries aren't very good. As soon as they show funny codes, replace them. Save yourself the headache they'll give you. You'd be hard pressed to find worse replacements than OEM.

Replace both Main and Aux at the same time regardless of how they test (unless you have eTorque or a 4XE in which case you don't have an Aux battery).

It will also be helpful if you update your profile with the year of your Sahara.

Yes updated

its 2020 with etorque.

I wanted to know how to lookup the year and month, because if they haven't replaced, i can know and I can ask for my refund and get a better one.

Just look at the battery, it will be very obvious that it is new. Stop pulling codes with some shitty OBD reader. They're saved in history, and no the radio does not reset at all.
