Carla has a sewing room and she currently has two machines set up in the dining room table. When her Long Arm shows up, I will set her up a huge sewing area in the basement. A whole work area. She does already have a sewing area in the basement, but I am going to get her set up so all her stuff is organized.
I'm always impressed with people who can use sewing machines. I bought one and used it once and never again. Just feeding the thread through gives me anxiety. 😂

I’m about to throw 3k into my Jeep to get it back on the road and the Jeep itself is barely worth 10k. I think that’s the definition of money pit. 😂
What? Only 3k! You have got to pump those numbers up. Then double down and spend 5 times that traveling with the Jeep.

Well that's on top of the 10k I already spent on it this year putting in a new engine, transfer case and misc. clutch parts.

At the end of all of this, do you essentially have a (built) Rubicon instead of a Sport? Anything other than the crank windows and stereo that’s still Sport specific?

Would still have the shorter rear axle and no electronic swaybar disconnect. I believe the Rubi's also have heavier duty brakes/calipers. I'm sure I'm missing something else but that's all I can think of at the moment.

Ah, only doing the front axle and not rear (and a lot of the takeoff axles include brakes). And couldn't recall if you got an old rubi swaybar and put a manual disconnect knob on it.

Yeah can't afford to do both so at this point just replacing the one that is bent. I decided not to swap to a rubi swaybar withe manual disconnect because of the cost. For now I'm just sticking with the "hey friend can you come over here and sit on this bumper for a second" method of reconnecting.

So one of these days you'll have the only JL Rubicon with crank windows.

That's why your avatar is upside down again. It takes me a minute.

Maybe me and @Maverick909. I'm not sure what his window deal is but his Jeep is pretty much a Rubicon at this point.
I have a sport S with power windows. but i would prefer crank windows LOL. thus the only thing i need is a transferase to be a rubicon
