Force is the same, mass has increased, thus acceleration is diminished. 140lbs is hardly negligible.

You’ll hardly notice any difference at speed, but acceleration and deceleration will be worse.
Lol. So I should start telling my wife she's hurting my acceleration? Seriously, 140 pounds on a 4500 pounds vehicle is negligible. It's like 3%.

Doc... Duh.
I put 140lbs of step slides on my JLUR manual.

Thankfully I didn’t notice a difference. It still does 0-60 eventually. I timed it.

Love my Jeep but speed demon she is not.
