MLC 6 Install on '18 JL Help!

Good morning gents! NY here. Snatched an MLC 6 and got everything disconnected. Went to mount the 6 under the hood on the driver side where it's supposed to go and there's too much in the way to mount there. Peeked on the passenger side by the battery and it could fit there on top of the battery itself. There's a cover on the battery so the metal of the 6 wouldn't touch it.

Thoughts? Anyone have any ideas on the mount? Appreciate it!

You know what might be a good solution is the JL Audio Fuse holder. It’s meant for two in-line fuses for amps and it’s pretty big. It attaches to two factory bolts above the factory fuse panel (but a bit towards the engine).

Appreciate it! I'll keep this as a last resort, I might be able to make it work. There's a small black box in the way, driver side. Looks like a small fuse box near the grommet. I might be able to relocate it to clear up some room
