MLC-6 INTERMITTENT POWER

I have had the in dash MLC-6 for my 2019 JLU for almost 2 yrs and the last few months it has been hit or miss whether or not it will turn on. This did happen about 6 months after I purchased it, but the battery died with in a week which was the issue. This time around both batteries are good and I'm getting 12.5v to the mlc-6 but still no lights will come on neither will the light on the switch. I checked the outputs and there is no power coming out. I've replaced all the fuses and still it only works intermittently. I've contacted rough country and the tech there was going to talk to the others to see if they have a fix and get back to me, which he never did. The tech did talk about a reset button which is on the dash mount mlc-6 but said the in dash doesn't have one.

Has anyone fixed this issue? Or have any other pointers of things to look at? I have a background in low voltage and most tools needed to trouble shoot in any way. TIA
