The 295's are only a tenth on an inch narrower then the 33x12.5/17 which is a D load. I just had a set of the 33x12.5/17 put on yesterday and even though it's only been a day I can tell you they are really nice tires. The ride is excellent, very quiet and very responsive on the dry road. I'll have to see going forward if they continue in all the other areas to perform as well. Plus even though they are D load, they still have the extra sidewall support that the E load tires have.I saw those in D range I was mainly looking at the 285s and 295s. I was hoping for not as wide of a tire. I really want to get MT tires but the sizes I would prefer are either std or E. I am almost just going to get the std since it is my daily. I was open to M/T instead of the a/t version but I can get snow and lots of rain where I’m at so I imagine I should go a/t instead.
