Dang this is good I ordered mine in april. It came today. I paid for it. If I had ordered in May instead of April it would have been $1,145 cheaper. That stings a bit! I love Mark Dodge as they are typically flawless but the girl I dealt with today struggled super hard trying to explain to me the difference in incentives from my order until today when I paid. @AnthonyRI I recommend some training on the people that call and try to explain incentive differences on day of order vs day of delivery. It seems they could do a quick write up each way and say pick which one you want.

I struggle why the pricing given today was not similar to what Anthony laid out. EP - dealer discount - TDM = price plus 429 in fees =OTD

Maybe I got a newbie but hopefully next time it is back to the flawlessness of past experiences.

100% agree we can work on presenting cleaner.

In THIS case it's a doozey because EP completely changes all dealer discount, and in month of order there were THREE options for rebates locked in, rather than the normal 1:1, it has become very difficult to go side-by-side the way Jeep has things set up currently when they were chasing Fords EP plan. I think you were closer to a $375 difference in ordering April vs May but we only know what we know at the time - I think you made best choice based on what we knew at the time and hopefully you're loving the Jeep!

@AnthonyRI You are correct in difference of 375 ish but I had a 2000 tdm in May on top vs a 1000 tdm in April. So it should have been about 1200 cheaper plus or minus a few in my calculations. It is just sad it seemed impossible for them to say price minus dealer discount minus rebate in April vs price minus dealer discount minus rebate in May which one do you want.

I agree ep is an issue as not many people see the full disclosure that dealers have to sell at ep and get 5.5% back if invoice if memory serves me right. Most think you get difference from msrp back in rebate. Which you are right can further change the dealer discount and make a customer go why is it less now. I get the mess. I guess you guys have me spoiled. Typically flawless so I expected someone to be able to figure that out but it seemed in my deal no one could so I went with it as the girl was super flustered and the guy who first called had to get help too. It is what it is life goes on.

I had them hold the jeep due to my work schedule but it should be here next Saturday. The logistics guy is a master as always.
