On this morning’s conference call we’ve been told this months’ run is “model year buildout” which means they are targeting this month to be the last chance to order 2026s. They don’t always tell us this in advance (in fact, Durango 392 finished this morning with no advanced notice. This is NOT an exact science of may 31st midnight closure, rather it will be around that date, perhaps bleeding slightly into June, or slightly before.

As the date approaches, there’s also a higher probability of some items closing early (right now Ram 1500, the offroad and protection group are closed on some trims, for example).

If you’re ordering this month, you are locking in today’s MSRP, our dealer discount, today’s rebates. THEN, if the rebates improve when Jeep arrives, you get to swap out and take those instead!

Electronic documents to sign arrive momentarily after
$1,000 non-refundable deposit due within 3 business days of placing order

Upon delivery, we’ll provide as many pictures/video as necessary to showcase the vehicle condition
PDI process is executed by our team in their dedicated PDI building on site
Total finance process is executed remotely with zoom/e-signatures
We can coordinate delivery to your home (you pay carrier), or we can drive to meet you or pick you up within 250 miles of the dealership as well!

I thought you cannot sign financing docs unless in person. Has the law changed?
We've been remote financing every day for a few years now.... we have thousands of customers who never come in person, using a variety of lenders from SFS, our other partners, or their own sourced. Feel free to give me a call with any questions happy to talk through it! 337-429-2021

No, this is dealer discount straight - no requirements to finance , or cash, or trade, etc. The deal stands on its own your method of payment is your choice.

Don't hesitate to to order from Anthony and Mark Dodge. Everything he said is true and it was easy peazy delivered to my door in El Paso. I used Navy Fed, no questions asked.

If we have to have dealerships, this is how it should be done.

I ordered a Jeep from them in TN, moved to TX, and received it, all electronic.

I'm selling a house in TN, it'll all be electronic.

Thanks I knew there was something specific that allows it but I couldn't recall where it would be.
It does require some investment in technology, personnell, and process to make it happen in all 50 states for us but we are executing as such for a few years now.

My research...

Why a dealer might insist on in‑person signatures
Even though most car‑buying paperwork can be signed electronically, a few specific factors can force a dealership to require in‑person signing:

1. Some states restrict remote or electronic notarization
Certain loan documents—especially those tied to secured financing, title work, or lien filings—may require notarization. Notarization rules vary by state, and some states limit or prohibit remote notarization for loan documents, requiring the signer to be physically present.

2. Some states require attorney involvement in loan signings
A group of states—such as Georgia, South Carolina, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Delaware, Vermont, and West Virginia—require an attorney to supervise or conduct certain loan closings. This applies mostly to real estate, but some dealers follow similar practices for auto loans when state rules are strict about notarization or loan execution. The National Notary Association lists 19 states with restrictions or limitations on loan signings, including requirements for attorney involvement or limits on who can perform notarizations.

3. Lender‑specific policies
Even if state law allows electronic signatures, the lender funding the loan may not accept them. Auto financing is heavily regulated, and lenders must follow federal laws like the Truth in Lending Act and Fair Credit Reporting Act, which require accurate disclosures and verifiable signatures. Some lenders still require “wet ink” signatures for compliance or risk‑management reasons.

4. Dealer risk management
Dealers sometimes insist on in‑person signatures to:

  • Reduce fraud risk
  • Ensure identity verification
  • Avoid rejected contracts from lenders
  • Comply with internal audit requirements
This is especially common when:

  • The buyer is out of state
  • The buyer has limited credit history
  • A co‑signer is involved (co‑signers must receive specific disclosures under federal law)

I thought that the SOT was not available on the Willys 392
I think that's what he's saying, that he'll have to wait to order it, so will likely have to be in the '27 model year

if the SOT becomes available on the 27 model year that might be the decision maker for us
