ACT,

Will also mention that this is 2nd kit i got from them, because someone earlier claims to have trouble free experience with "revised" version.
By the time my ACT hit 10,000 miles I was in your exact boat. Basically, it became undrivable.

My CFII with internal slave/throwout just crossed 10,000 miles and is eons better than my ACT was. I very rarely get a little resistance to 1st at a red light, and easily overcome it.

My CFII has never gotten stuck in gear like my ACT would.

Also, my ACT would behave for a short time after pressure bleeding.

All of this is to say I think @Toycrusher has identified the issue common across all available JL clutches, BUT I firmly believe ACT has an additional issue of stock hydraulics not being up to task.

We shall see what another 10,000 miles looks like, but as of now I have no regrets on swapping to the CFII.

Forgive my ignorance, but how does that work exactly with an internal slave cylinder? I’ve only owned manual vehicles with an external slave. I’ve also never had any of my other manual vehicles ever give me a lick of trouble either…. 🤣
