M186 axle shafts

I have a 2025 JL sport 6MT V6. I’ve noticed that my axle shafts have u-joints and not CVs like some others do. I read a post a while back that mentions their sport has CVs. Does anyone know why this is? My build sheet states I have the M186 front axle. But like I said I didn’t know it had u-joints because others have CVs.

Part time 4x4 gets ujoints and full time 4x4 get cv joints I believe.

Thanks! I ended up going down the axle rabbit hole last night and saw that too. I’m glad mine are actually ujoints.
